The other cause for our health problems is found inmeat, now I’m not saying that you’ll be able to get rid of all meatin your diet, I’m just talking about giving yourself more options.After all we are omnivores, that means your body is designed to eatboth meat and vegetables. The problem is what ever nutrients youmight get from eating meat, isn’t really worth all the stress andenergy your body goes through to extract any nutrients in meat. Addto that how animals are maintained for food production, in many casesthey eat grain feed thats exposed to toxic molds and spores, sowhatever the animals eat, gets passed on to you.
