I always knew that exercise improved your brain functions, but now doctors at Columbia University are working determine the specific exercises that benefit the mind by creating new brain cells to improve cognition and reduce normal memory loss.


But the way I see it, this just adds to the overall benefits of maintaining an exercise program. I’ve always said that we should maintain a civilized mind and a savage body. So this means the brain boosting games and nutrition still needs the catalyst of physical activity to increase and maintain the mental powers you’re working to build.

Maybe there is a way to combine Wii Fit and Brain Age? Anybody at Nintendo reading this?
